What is Spring into Wellness?
As the days get longer and the weather gets warmer – spring is the perfect time for a fresh start!
Our Spring into Wellness campaign is designed to help you build healthy habits, improve fitness and well-being, and feel your best heading into summer.
Starting on April 7th, World Health Day, we’re bringing you four weeks of expert-led sessions, from workouts and mindfulness practices to meal prep and motivation tips. Whether you want to move more, eat better, or focus on self-care, we’ve got you covered.
How does it work?
We’ve structured the programme into weekly themes, with a range of engaging activities to support you:
