While Gro can support individuals with various health concerns, it's recommended to discuss using the app with your doctor if you have multiple complex conditions.

Easy does it! Gro caters to all fitness levels with adjustable exercise programs: Reduced Mobility, Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced. Choose the program that best suits you and get moving!

What happens if I don't cancel before the trial ends?

You'll be automatically charged for your chosen plan at the start of the next billing period. If you need some help cancelling your subscription, please contact our customer support team.

When will I be charged?

If you opt for a monthly or quarterly subscription, you will be charged after the 7 day trial period ends.

If you opt for an annual subscription (includes coaching), you will be charged immediately upon subscribing.

Yes! Currently, Gro is available in English, Arabic, French, Spanish, German, Welsh, Hindi, and Punjabi. We're always working on supporting more languages.

While Gro doesn't currently offer direct data export from within the app, we understand the importance of data ownership. Here's how you can access your health information:

  • Sync with Health Apps: Gro integrates with popular health platforms like Apple Health and Google Health Connect. This allows you to seamlessly sync your Gro data with these services, where you may then have options for export.

We're constantly working on improvements, and future updates may include a direct export feature within the Gro app itself. Stay tuned for updates!
