Absolutely - please contact our customer support team who will kindly re-arrange your subscription for you.

Can I use Gro if I don't speak English fluently?

Yes! Currently, Gro is available in English, Arabic, French, Spanish, German, Welsh, Hindi, and Punjabi. We're always working on supporting more languages.

Yes, Gro is clinically safe and intended for use as directed. The app follows industry standards for data privacy and security.

What happens if I don't cancel before the trial ends?

You'll be automatically charged for your chosen plan at the start of the next billing period. If you need some help cancelling your subscription, please contact our customer support team.

What age group is Gro suitable for?

Gro is generally suitable for adults aged 18 and over, though we do have programmes aimed at families and children. However, specific programmes may have age recommendations based on the target health area.

Is there a free trial?

Yes, Gro offers a limited-time free trial for new users. Once your free trial ends, you will be charged.

Can I set reminders and notifications within the app?

Gro doesn't currently offer the ability to set custom reminders within the app. However, we understand the importance of staying on track. To help you out, Gro does send out periodic notifications to remind you about important things like:

  • Completing program activities
  • Attending coaching sessions (if applicable)
  • Logging your health markers

We're always looking for ways to improve, and future updates may include the ability to set custom reminders within the app. Stay tuned for exciting developments!

Gro coaches are qualified professionals with experience in various health areas from psychology to nutrition.

Can I continue working with my coach after my subscription ends?

Coaching support is only available with active subscriptions. However, you can still access the programme materials and resources after your subscription ends.

Can I connect Gro with other health apps or devices?

Gro integrates with some popular health apps and devices. Currently, Gro can sync with:

  • Apple Health
  • Garmin
  • FitBit
  • Nokia/Withings (iOS only)
  • Google Health Connect (connects with Samsung Health, MyFitnessPal, Oura, Whoop and more)

You can chat with your coach via instant message anytime. For voice calls or scheduled appointments, please contact our customer support team to book a session.
