What is the January Bootcamp?
Throughout January, Gro will offer a range of virtual events and group meet-ups hosted by our team of health coaches.
Each week, you’ll have access to an informative group meet-up, along with a goal-setting and progress review meet-up. You’ll also have access to a habit tracker and daily events designed to support you in building healthy habits that last in four key areas of wellness.
