Gro and Dr Kesar Sadhra have launched a breakthrough family-based study looking at the use of digital interventions to manage type 2 diabetes for young people.
Gro is a scalable, engaging and effective digital health solution which provides structured education and lifestyle support on the topics of nutrition, sleep, activity and mental wellbeing. The program is based on the multi-award-winning Low Carb Program used in the NHS for adults with type 2 diabetes, prediabetes and obesity.

The study will evaluate the outcomes of young people using the Gro app. Participants will be supported by a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals.
