The free trial gives you access to a limited selection of Gro's features, while paid subscriptions offer full access to all programmes, coaching support, features like the food diary and trackers, and personalised meal plans.

The food diary allows you to track your food intake using tools like a barcode scanner, AI plate recognition, or manual entry. You can also track health markers like weight, blood sugar, and sleep.

Coaching support is only available with active subscriptions. However, you can still access the programme materials and resources after your subscription ends.
Yes, Gro offers a limited-time free trial for new users. Once your free trial ends, you will be charged.
