What is the difference between the free trial and paid subscriptions?

The free trial gives you access to a limited selection of Gro's features, while paid subscriptions offer full access to all programmes, coaching support, features like the food diary and trackers, and personalised meal plans.

Is the app available offline?

Currently, the Gro app requires an internet connection for all functionalities. We're constantly working on improvements, and future updates may include features accessible offline. Stay tuned for updates!

Can I get a refund?

If you haven't accessed any content yet, you can cancel your subscription within 14 days of purchasing it and receive a full refund. After you access the content, the subscription fee becomes non-refundable. If you need a hand getting your subscription cancelled or refunded, please contact our customer support team.
