  • Chat with your coach: Enjoy the convenience of direct messaging with your coach for personalised guidance, right within the Gro app

Can I use Gro if I don't speak English fluently?

Yes! Currently, Gro is available in English, Arabic, French, Spanish, German, Welsh, Hindi, and Punjabi. We're always working on supporting more languages.

Easy does it! Gro caters to all fitness levels with adjustable exercise programs: Reduced Mobility, Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced. Choose the program that best suits you and get moving!
