Absolutely! Gro goes beyond individual coaching and offers social features to keep you motivated. You can:
- Connect with others: Join our private fully moderated peer-to-peer community to share experiences and find support from others on similar health journeys.
- Chat with your coach: Enjoy the convenience of direct messaging with your coach for personalised guidance, right within the Gro app
If you're not comfortable with your coach, you can contact Gro support and request to be assigned a different coach.
Gro doesn't currently offer the ability to set custom reminders within the app. However, we understand the importance of staying on track. To help you out, Gro does send out periodic notifications to remind you about important things like:
- Completing program activities
- Attending coaching sessions (if applicable)
- Logging your health markers

Your coach acts as a personal guide and motivator throughout your programme. They will help you set goals, overcome challenges, and track your progress.
No, your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel it before the end of your current billing period.
While Gro doesn't currently offer direct data export from within the app, we understand the importance of data ownership. Here's how you can access your health information:

Coaching support is only available with active subscriptions. However, you can still access the programme materials and resources after your subscription ends.
The food diary allows you to track your food intake using tools like a barcode scanner, AI plate recognition, or manual entry. You can also track health markers like weight, blood sugar, and sleep.
